A fixed term payment to a publisher to boost visibility of a brand/advertiser.
Example: An advertiser is listed on an affiliate site on a CPA basis only and they want to be included in the newsletter to their database. To secure this exposure they need to pay a fixed fee of £800 to gain the placement (this is in addition to then paying the commission on any sales). The payment guarantees the exposure.
